How i create illustrations?

Description of my artistry: I want my figure drawing always have right proportions , and anatomical correct. Beside, perspective accurate also one of a pursue in my drawing. I always want to create drawing that believable. So, i will use a lot of references when i'm illustrating .In order to make my drawings more interesting, I will exaggerating a bit the characteristic (not too much) and the facial expression of my art model. For example , when i'm drawing a sleeping person, if the sleeping model's eye brows is uplifting a bit , i will make it uplifting more in my drawing. If my model has a big nose, i will draw the nose a bit bigger in my drawing.

In this drawing, i exaggerated a bit of the hair of my model , the hair style is more pronounce in my drawing than in reality.

The eyebrows in this drawing is more uplifted than in reality.

When i'm creating a illustration. I have to draw on paper first in order to decide  Composition, Action in my drawing. After that , i will draw digitally based on the sketch. I will use a lot references and use models when i'm drawing. For example, if i want to draw a sad face, i will act a sad expression and use rear camera of my tablet to capture it.Then, i use the photo as reference. I will use LEGO, or the other stuffs for getting tonal accuracy in my drawings, i will use table lamp to decide the light source.
